All orders ship within 4-7 business days from the time your order is confirmed, excluding weekends. Same day processing requires orders to be submitted by 12PM Monday through Thursday. We do not process or prepare orders on weekends.

Vivid Opulence and Forte Extensions, will have a minimum processing time of 7 days, before shipment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is ready to be shipped.

Please Note: All items are shipped USPS and will require a signature. Our shipping cost serves as a handling fee. Once items are shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package or any damages during transit. Any questions or concerns, must be directed to the United States Postal Service.
